I went in for a consultation because of surgery for protruding ears. There was no separate consultation fee. They took photos right away when I got there. I had a brief consultation with the manager, then I decided to see the doctor. The wait was way too long. I waited about an hour before finally meeting the doctor. The ear cartilage was too strong, so they said two implants would have to go in, and that it was an ear that would not show as much effect as expected, so they did not recommend surgery. They also gave me very detailed consultation about the ear. I felt they were very conscientious.
