The consultation doctor handled it personally and also drew the line for me, but of all the plastic surgery clinics I have been to, this one felt the most outdated, which bothered me a lot. The doctor also seemed annoyed by this and that kind of question. But the before-and-after photos match my aesthetic, and they seem confident about the surgery, so I am still thinking about it.
