It was a somewhat old factory-style procedure clinic. Even among factory-style clinics, there are probably places with good systems and kindness, but this one wasn't like that. The manager looked really bothered, and the doctor looked tired. Still, they didn't get angry or push unnecessary sales, so I'm giving 4 points.
