The hospital atmosphere was good and there was a little waiting, but it was not very long. Both the manager and the director were kind. The director did not over-treat. Rather than focusing only on the shape of the nose itself, they consulted in a way that matched my face proportions. After going to hospitals that only passively adjust to my needs, HiBom felt more like they were actively consulting and saying what would be better if done this way. They honestly said what could not be done. The consultation time was also quite long and detailed. Plan A
