I had a reservation and visited, but the wait was 2 hours first. When I said I had another hospital appointment and could not wait too long, they said they would do it as quickly as possible, but I still waited nearly 2 hours. The consultation order was manager > doctor > manager, and the manager was deciding almost the entire plan even though she was not the surgeon and not a specialist. When I was consulting with the doctor, he came across as overly self-assured and when I asked questions he spoke with a tone that made it seem like I was supposed to have already known everything, so I felt very uncomfortable during the consultation.
