I went to get a consultation for under-eye fat repositioning. Dr. Oh Dong-seok has so many videos on YouTube and explains things so clearly that I felt confident. He also looked exactly like he did in person, and he explained everything in great detail. He said it did not seem like a case for under-eye fat repositioning, and that even just under-eye fat grafting might have a good effect.
