For some of the doctors, I know you have to pay a 200,000 won fixed doctor fee, and I did it that way too. Maybe because of the price, I was satisfied with everything from service to aftercare, and if there is new equipment or something good, they sometimes include it as a service too. And even if you have to pay the fixed doctor fee, I think it is better to keep seeing the doctor whose style you like.
