I paid for GentleMax Pro Plus and got treatment for the philtrum and chin. Hair removal is not something you should do at these factory-style places. I didn’t know it then, but in factory-style clinics the practitioner changes all the time, so they set the device mode very conservatively, the effect is weak, and they often shoot it sparsely, so I sometimes ended up with stubborn hairs sticking out. Other days the cooling was really strong and they fired it off quickly, and on some days it was so weak that I wondered whether the cooling was even on
