I had incision double eyelid surgery + front canthoplasty here in 2018. The person was adamant about not using general anesthesia and insisted on local anesthesia plus the incision method. I did it because it's in my neighborhood, but now the line is uneven, with the left and right sides different. I can't really tell much difference from the front canthoplasty. I also had eye correction, and that part seems to have turned out well.
