After my first surgery, the line became lower and the asymmetry got severe, so I went for a revision consultation. Here, without any unnecessary extra recommendations, they accurately pointed out the problem areas in my eyes, namely the existing scar tissue and loosened fixation strength. The director suggested setting the line to match the current amount of skin available rather than forcing it higher, and that gave me confidence. The waiting time was somewhat long, but both the coordinator and the director gave me overly attentive care
