The manager and the director were both kind, and I liked that they drew the existing line and the new line with a marker, and also filmed a video on an iPad to show the extra skin. They also explained the current condition of my eyes in the most detailed way while looking at both eyes alternately! During the consultation with the director, the manager was doing their best to keep up with the consultation content
