The manager explained things so well, there was nothing they didn’t know. I came in with appearance-related distress and knew literally nothing about nose surgery, and they explained everything from A to Z and really did their best to explain it all. They were so kind it was almost embarrassing. I also asked the doctor about double eyelid surgery, lateral canthoplasty, under-eye canthoplasty, and revision surgery, but they clearly said there was no need for it, and they showed me the nose in 3D and pointed out how it would change.
