The wait was too long, but the staff were kind. I liked that the manager didn't push other procedures and consulted me without any pressure. Like all dermatology procedures, I think this is something you have to look at over the long term. The doctor treated a slightly wider area than I had booked, which I liked. When working on the parts where I hadn't applied anesthetic cream, it stung a lot, but I still thought it was a tolerable procedure. The irritation went down the next day, and the effect was good.
