My alar base and nostrils were so round and blended into each other that I had it done twice, and I like that it now looks a bit more pointed. If you also get nostril Botox, the effect is better and it photographs well. It comes back if you gain weight, so it is not permanent. I am satisfied, so I plan to keep getting it regularly. I recommend it. However, it is a factory-style clinic, and because they do surgery on each patient one by one, if you are unlucky the wait can get long, and you may end up waiting more than 2 hours, so please keep that in mind when you go.
