The director has a rather blunt style, so if you expect a warm consultation atmosphere, it may feel somewhat dry. The consultation manager also did not feel especially friendly; it felt more like a purely work-oriented process, so the whole consultation came across as rather formal. That said, the consultation itself was quite realistic. They honestly said that for someone whose eyes are already in decent condition like mine, eye correction could actually increase the risks and there was also a chance of failure.
