I feel like there isn't much information about male gynecomastia, so I try to post updates or reviews after surgery whenever I have time, but it doesn't really work out ㅎ; It's just that I broke my arm, so I was too busy wearing a cast... anyway lol Maybe because I also worked out hard after the surgery lol, I really lost a lot of weight, and I was seeing a huge effect from the surgery... then I feel like I got hit with bad luck ㅠㅠ lol After breaking my arm, I wasn't moving and only eating... so I feel like I've gained a little weight back ㅎ;; Still, thankfully I've recovered now, so I'm going to slowly start exercising again ㅎ I heard that with liposuction or gynecomastia, surgery isn't everything, and it's better to keep managing it consistently with exercise haha
Oh, and on the post I uploaded last time, a lot of people asked whether the accessory breast area hurt. I don't know if it's because I'm really insensitive to pain? or not, but the accessory breast area didn't hurt at all. Um... there was pain after the chest surgery, but did the accessory breast area hurt especially more separately? There wasn't really anything like that.
Among my guy friends, there are a few whose nipples stick out through their shirts, and the close ones who know I got good results from surgery say they're saving money now lol to get surgery haha
My personal method is to first lose as much weight as you can before surgery, and then I think it's right to target the exact sagging and protruding chest area with surgery~ Of course, like me, surgery first and exercise afterward is also okay ㅎ
Be careful not to slip in winter~!
