I went for a lower eyelid consultation for my parents, and they explained things kindly and simply. They explained it in a way that was easy to understand without adding anything extra, and I think the price was reasonable too. The manager was kind, and they showed me many photos of similar cases, which helped me understand a lot more. I am a little worried about ectropion, but they did not explain that part in much detail, so it felt a bit vague, so I think I will get a few more consultations before deciding. Young
