The consultation started with a short explanation from the manager. In my case, they said the cause was not only under-eye fat but also pigment. The under-eye skin is thin, so the pigment seems to show through. So they probably would recommend repositioning plus fat grafting. But when I said I do not like fat grafting, we decided to first just consult about repositioning alone. When I asked whether there had been cases like mine, with thin skin and a slim body, they showed me related before-and-after surgery
