The hair removal was done well, but I'm not sure if the staff were kind... The consultation manager also just gave a very rough look. I didn't even say hello to the person doing the procedure and just lay down; they came over and did it in a factory-style way. Since it was laser hair removal anyway, I didn't really care as long as the hair was removed well. There were always a lot of people! And after 10 laser sessions, the laser effect was good enough that everything was gone except for the occasional single hair, so I'm satisfied.
