I visited, talked with the manager first, and organized the points to discuss with the director. There was a bit of a wait because there was surgery going on, and when the director came, they looked at my eye-opening strength and facial structure and explained the procedure. But it did not seem like they were considering aesthetics or the line very much...? I have uneven eyes and said I wanted the left one to become bigger, but it felt like they were saying it would just be made to the left eye's size. So I think I ended up talking more with the manager
