I had a consultation with the female head doctor, and it really felt like talking to an older sister in the neighborhood. She listened to everything, even my really small worries, like why I was concerned about reasons other than my eyes, or why I keep losing cheek volume when I get lifting treatments, and explained the reasons too. In the end I didn't have the surgery, but while visiting several clinics, she was the first doctor who was this kind and talked so much, so I remember being moved lol
