It seems like this place only does fat repositioning. They only do surgery for protruding lower eyelid fat, and if there is no fat and it is hollow, they only improve it with lower blepharoplasty. I got the strong impression that they only pick cases they know they can do well. If the result is likely to be poor when they do it, the director seems to refuse. So if the chief surgeon says they will operate, I think you can assume the result will be good. If my eyes had been a case with bulging fat, I would have done it here
