I liked that they were honest, but I was worried because they did not give a definitive answer about how to handle problems during or after surgery. Either way, the choice was up to the patient, so they did not force anything. The issue I already knew about was not considered a problem, but the director mentioned another issue they thought about and said surgery would be necessary. Overall, the answers were somewhat vague, so I was torn. Still, the results look good, so I want to go once more
