It has been about 5 years since I got it, and even back then I had seen my older sister get it here and go several years without side effects and with decent results (haha), so I did it too. Now neither of us has any side effects or discomfort. My sister is now almost at 10 years. There is no foreign-body sensation and nothing to be careful about. I had consultations at a few places, but I really think this is the right place for a rhinoplasty augmentation.
