Not long after my double eyelid surgery, the eyelid skin folded inward. They explained it was because I have little fat, and they did the after-service adjustment again, but it still folded well and then loosened over time. The line was not the one they had first made for me, which was disappointing, and the double eyelid lines on both sides are too different. They were not especially kind, but not unfriendly either, so that was okay.
