The director's consultation was very satisfying. They seemed professional and answered the patient's questions sincerely, so I felt trust. I do not know whether the consultation manager was just one person or not, but the manager who consulted with me did not seem professional at all and, unlike other hospitals, did not give me a business card or a separate sheet with the consultation notes, so I felt like, what is this? It felt like, if you do it, you do it, and if you do not, you do not, so even though the consultation with the director was satisfying, I am still unsure about booking surgery.
