I am someone whose fat tends to collect in the upper arms whenever I gain weight, so I made a consultation appointment and visited. There was a bit of a wait. They said in some cases it can be swelling, but in my case they said I have a relatively high amount of fat compared with my body weight haha They said if it is not just swelling but a type where fat has accumulated, then I can expect results, so I think it should work well if I do it.
