When I had nose surgery before, the tip was pulled up way too aggressively and the nasal skin became too thin, so before even six months had passed the silicone was showing and the columella was bent, and everything was a mess. I felt it would be better to have it redone here rather than just do aftercare, so I went ahead with revision surgery. It seemed they mainly use Alloderm, and I replaced the silicone with Alloderm as well. After trying both, I understand now: compared with silicone, Alloderm does not come out as thin and refined, or as three-dimensional, material
