This was the first hospital I went to for a consultation. When I first made the reservation by phone, I was very nervous and anxious, but they responded kindly, which left a strong impression. However, when I actually went in for the consultation, there was quite a long wait, and the doctor said it was an easy surgery. My conversation with the consultation manager afterward was disappointing. They answered each question vaguely, so I had a hard time deciding.
