Most of the staff, except for the doctors and the aides who work with them, are rude. The consultation manager is especially often rather perfunctory, but she does answer questions well. It is completely factory-style, and you only spend 3-4 minutes with the director, so I cannot trust things like fillers. I only go there for short, low-risk procedures like Botox. The renovated facility is really nice, but the rooms where the procedures are done are laid out like a maze, so it is a bit... eerie.
