For a factory-style place, they seem to do okay. But they only have two design options, and my lips are small and on the thin side, and they said they could not widen them horizontally, so they just made them plumper. And the front desk is so rude. Overall, there is no real warmth. The front desk people just laugh and chat among themselves, and speak and respond according to the manual. A textbook factory-style place.
