I liked that they seemed as conservative as possible and tried not to touch things unnecessarily.. There was no separate ultrasound or anything like that, but it seemed like they judged things by directly feeling the face. They emphasize facial balance and, considering facial liposuction and age, they cut both the front cheek area and the buccal area that I said I wanted.. lol They kept persuading me to just do the cheek line near the jaw, so I said okay. The manager was calm too, and there was not much of a pushy feeling. By the way, there seem to be quite a lot of Japanese patients at the hospital.
