The shape of the nose I had surgery on more than ten years ago had become a bit deformed, so I went in for a revision consultation. As in other hospitals, it was manager-director-manager order, but unlike places that only check the condition, the manager gave a brief explanation. What I liked about the director was that they clearly said what was needed now and what surgery would be done, but it felt a bit excessive to me. The director may have their own technique, but the step in the nasal bridge, the tip of the nose, and even autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip and paranasal area
