Every time I laugh, my nose looks bloated, and I do not photograph well. They said the fullness in the nose could be corrected to some extent by strengthening the columella and raising the tip. They did not recommend alar reduction~ They said they would use 3 mm silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the tip.
