First of all, the staff are unbelievably kind. You can feel it even just by calling to book a consultation appointment. And the manager has a lot of experience and feels very down-to-earth! They show you tons of posts about surgical cases. The director gives a bit of a genius-weirdo vibe, but they really examine your eyes in detail. They analyze everything, like what structure my eyes have, and they look at things extremely carefully.
