A factory-style hospital through and through. Botox worked pretty well, but the laser hair removal was disappointing. It varies wildly depending on who does the procedure. Some days a meticulous person does the hair removal, but if you are unlucky, someone will do it half-heartedly and in a short, sloppy way. I am on my 4th hair removal session now, with one more to go, and even though my hair is not especially coarse, there is still quite a lot left T_T
