It's been a long time since I had the surgery, but I'm writing this now. I had the surgery around 2013 and got double eyelids with a partial incision, but to sum it up, the results were asymmetrical on both sides, and about 3 years later the double eyelids had completely disappeared. They seem to pursue a very natural line. My friend also had surgery at this hospital, but because it was so natural, my friend ended up having revision surgery last year. I don't know if the hospital moved in the meantime, but based on when I went there, the facilities were just so-so.
