I went for a consultation 3 years ago. Osteotomy was pointless. They would raise the bridge by 2 mm with silicone and lower the nose tip with ear cartilage. They would also lower the columella. Then the nose would look shorter. Right now the nose tip is drooping and the bridge is low, so the nose looks long. A pretty naturally made nose does not have a curved tip. They aim for a straight nose. They might use mesh too. It would be 8.5 million, plus 10% VAT, so 9.35 million. The coordinator had a strange personality. Whenever I asked a question, they made a face and looked at me as if the question was ridiculous.
