I went to Top Class, which is famous for doing well with bulbous noses lol I booked a 10:30 appointment and there was almost no waiting. Compared with other large clinics, it was clean, and honestly kinder and better than the bigger hospitals. The director looked at my photos carefully and explained the surgery in detail. Above all, the coordinator was great. The coordinator's professionalism was better than at other clinics. I was more drawn to autologous costal cartilage than donor rib cartilage. Donor rib cartilage was about 1,000 cheaper, but I chose autologous costal cartilage
