The hospital facilities were bright and clean. I went mainly for my eyes, but they recommended non-incisional eye correction and spoke as if it would come undone, which I did not like. The idea of saying that since it is the first surgery, if it loosens then I can just do it again did not sit well with me. There was no explanation of side effects, and they kept hyping it up while talking only about the benefits, so it was not easy to judge. It did not really resonate with me, so that was a little disappointing. The director has confidence in their skills
