I heard that square jaw Botox is fine even at a factory-style clinic, so I went for an in-person consultation and they were kind. When I asked about square jaw Botox, I also asked about salivary gland Botox, and they said I didn't need to go as far as the salivary glands. It seems like they don't push excessive procedures and are reasonably ethical. In my case, my masseter muscles were very developed, so I got a larger dose with an overseas product. But after getting it, I didn't really feel anything like difficulty eating or any noticeable effect.
