At the time, I had looked into side effects from liposuction so much that I had the cheek fat liposuction done conservatively. And because I was told I did not have a lot of subcutaneous fat but rather a lot of buccal fat, I was honestly told that I could not expect dramatic results. I am very satisfied with the double chin and jawline area. However, as many reviews mention, the surgeon is very cool and detached. Still, the doctor explained clearly what was needed and what was not, so I am satisfied
