The facility was clean and nice. Since I booked the consultation for the same day, there was a bit of a wait, but it was fine. I met with the manager, then had photos taken, and she explained everything kindly and listened well to my concerns and story. There was a bit of a wait because the doctor was in surgery, but there was a waiting room so it was okay. While waiting, I met the doctor, and he kindly explained what condition my bones were in and what the surgery method would be. The price seems a little high though
