I liked the consultation with the director! The director explained things professionally and clearly said what could be done and what could not, which made me trust him more! Also, every hospital I visited for comparisons told me to get ptosis correction, but this was the only place that said I had pseudoptosis and did not need ptosis correction, which made me so happy (I personally did not want ptosis correction either). The staff were also as kind as the director and did not make me feel pressured
