The consultation was quite detailed. They looked at the CT together and explained specifically which area would be operated on, how it would be done, and how it would improve after surgery, so it was easy to understand. I got the impression that they were operating with a standard for how much improvement would be appropriate, taking facial balance and harmony into account, rather than just reducing as much as possible. However, during the consultation with the director, the consultation manager was in the room as well, so it didn't feel completely
