I got treatment for a deviated septum as well as cosmetic rhinoplasty, but my nose became even more crooked, and unlike what was discussed in the consultation, they arbitrarily performed osteotomy on part of the nasal bone. Even after I protested about how severely crooked my nose looked to a third party, they stubbornly insisted that there was absolutely no problem as far as they were concerned. During the preoperative consultation, they seemed kind and attentive, but after surgery they showed a sociopathic attitude, not paying even the slightest attention to the patient's distress or complaints and ignoring the patient.
