After <after breast surgery>After <after breast surgery>After <after breast surgery>After <after upper-arm liposuction>After <after upper-arm liposuction>After <after upper-arm liposuction>Before <before breast surgery>Before <before upper-arm liposuction>As in the title, I had Mentor Xtra + accessory breast liposuction + upper-arm liposuction~ For about two days, I was barely even human... lol My breasts felt like someone was pressing down hard on them, and because of the compression garment my hands were swollen and stiff.. I could barely go about daily life, but from day 3-4 it got so much better. For two days, both my breasts and upper arms were throbbingㅠㅜ Especially, unexpectedly, my neck hurt so, so much. From day 3, it barely throbbed anymore, but I think I had bloody sputum for about a weekㅠ
I stayed hospitalized for one day, and for 4 days I diligently went in for progress checks and antibiotics. The upper band wasn't that uncomfortable, but the compression garment was a bit uncomfortable. Once I got used to it, it didn't interfere with daily life, and since it's winter and I wear thick clothes, I'm just passerby no. 1 lol At least this place didn't use drains and didn't require a surgical bra, so it was relatively comfortable and I think recovery was faster too.
At the 1-week mark, I got a breast pack and breast care, and had a progress check with the director. They checked everything carefully, from the shape to the scars. At the end, they asked once more if I had any discomfort or questions. Overall, I liked that they were kind and checked everything thoroughly.
For the breasts, I didn't get greedy and put in 270 cc and 310 cc (I had asymmetrical breasts + the bone was sunken tooㅠ). It's exactly the right size for my body type, and the shape is really natural, so pretty, and it doesn't feel uncomfortable from being too big, so I love it. It definitely has volume, but it's a size that doesn't make me look bulky!!! Friends and family who saw it said even this is big, but that once the swelling goes down, it will be just right and was done well haha
My original assets were Emefeel 65C-D, but I had pointy breasts with no upper-breast fullness, so there was a lot of gapping at the topㅠㅜ And overall, the breast area? was small tooㅠ When I measured at home now, it came out as 70C!!! The cup size is one thing, but I'm so happy that the overall breast area got larger, the asymmetry was corrected, and I have upper-breast fullness now, so even if I wear a bra loosely, it doesn't gapㅠㅠ It is seriously comfortable to escape having to wear padding + tighten it a lot.. I also like that it doesn't show even without a bra!! My upper arms have gotten a lot slimmer too, and the bulging part that stuck out from the front is gone, so I'm wearing all the clothes that had failed because they were too revealing or because they made me look bulky, and I'm so, so satisfied hahaha The range of clothes I can wear has expanded so much. For breasts, at least you can add padding, but there's nothing you can do about upper armsㅠ Because of accessory breasts + upper arms, I never even dreamed of sleeveless tops no matter how much weight I lost. No matter how much weight I lost, my upper arms made me look bulky, so I didn't wear clothes that clung to my armsㅠㅠ Now I've escaped!!! I'm happy when I wear fitted clothes or sleeveless topsㅎ I was taking photos to leave a review, and I wondered if this was really my body. It's amazing.. lolololol
Right now I'm extremely, extremely satisfied, and I'm recommending it to friends who tell me they want to do it too. I already regret not doing it sooner! It's now exactly 3 weeks plus 2 days, and my breasts still have some upper bulging, but as the swelling goes down, they seem to be gradually dropping. Compared with how hard they were at first, they've softened a lot. My tissue is a bit thick and my skin doesn't stretch easily, so I think it will take some time, but unless I take my clothes off, nobody can tell anyway haha Daily life isn't affected at all, and I think I just need to be careful about things like suddenly lifting heavy things or suddenly raising my arms high~ For the breast scars, I had it done through the transaxillary approach. Thankfully I don't have keloid-prone skin, so there's just a straight line. I'm going to start managing it with scar ointment now.
After more swelling goes down, I'll come back and leave another review~~!!
