The manager did not feel especially friendly, but the explanations were very clear and straight to the point. The director said clearly that bone work was possible, but since they kept saying almost everything was possible, I was actually a little suspicious. Still, there must be a reason they are so confident. They explained things while describing the differences between male and female skin types, and that made it easy to understand. But skin types differ from person to person, and they seemed to describe everything in a rather one-size-fits-all way
