The manager does the consultation first. She holds a long cotton swab solemnly, tells you to sit closer, and then uses that swab to point at the eye area as she talks. It felt like being poked with a stick, so personally I did not like it. It is an eye that at least half of the other plastic surgeons would say is not the right time for surgery and send you back, but they talk about strengthening the septum (this part I could still let pass) and even mention lower blepharoplasty. They say lower blepharoplasty can cause the eye skin to turn inside out, but that is just due to individual tissue characteristics. Most other people are fine.
