The consultation was mostly with the manager, and the doctor seemed to explain what would be added or removed based on the estimate the manager had prepared. There was a bit of pressure to make a reservation. I had gone because I heard the director had a lot of experience with eye surgery and was good at it, and when I got a quote for under-eye fat repositioning, it seemed they used a method different from other hospitals, so I could understand why the surgery cost was higher than elsewhere. They absolutely do not make unnecessary recommendations.
